Dr. Kimberly S. Coyner, Diplomate of the American College of Veterinary Dermatology, graduated from the Colorado State University College of Veterinary Medicine in 1994. After a referral private practice internship and a year in emergency practice, she obtained a two-year teaching position and then a three-year residency position in dermatology at the University of Georgia, which she completed in 2001.

      Dr. Coyner has authored several articles in the scientific journals Veterinary Dermatology, Veterinary Medicine, and The Compendium on Continuing Education for the Practicing Veterinarian, as well as book chapters in the field of dermatology (Morgan’s Handbook of Small Animal Practice 4th. Ed., 2002, and Small Animal Dermatology Color Atlas and Therapeutic Guide, 2001 and 2006).

      Originally based in Phoenix, in 2004 Dr. Coyner began flying to Las Vegas once weekly to see patients, and her practice quickly became so busy that in December 2006 Dr. Coyner moved to Las Vegas to see patients full time. She lives in Henderson with multiple cats and dogs and a very understanding husband.
